The Subscription Fees are provided on application, as there are a large number of factors that can vary these fees such as the number of dealers a particular Patio Company may have etc. The larger the number of dealers, the smaller the fee per dealer. The Services Membership provides a discount structure on the already competitive prices for a number of services designed specifically for the Lightweight Home Additions industry
TECH-SPECS Program Subscriptions provide a number of benefits:-

* A comprehensive 32 Page Engineering Design Manual including a large array of Bracketry, Connection and Fixing details is supplied.

* One-Off Engineering Certification for any larger or more complex projects outside of the program capabilities. This service is provided regardless of whether or not you hold a current Program Subscription or Membership (As per the Fee Chart listed below)

* Engineering and Development of new Products such as Bracketry etc. or new Patio Designs can be provided in a cost effective and timely manner and can then be quickly included in the Programs and the Engineering Design Manual if required.
* TECH-SPECS Engineering Modules can be included in almost any current Design Software, enabling your existing programs to produce Job Specific Engineering Certificates as well as the option of including a Bill of Materials.
