The 4 programs have been certified by ELM Consulting Engineers for use in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA. (Other Australian States and Territories can be made available if required) The Tech-Specs Programs have now been Certified for use in New Zealand.

Attached Structures - AS1.01 - Structures designed to be attached to an existing house or host structure.

 Free Standing Structures - FSS1.01 -  Structures that do not rely on an existing house or host structure for the required bracing.

Fly-Over Structures - FOS1.01  - Structures that "Fly-Over" the roof of the existing house or host structure.

Bush Fire Attack Level - BAL1.01 - This calculator enables you to determine the correct Bush Fire Attack Level for any job site in Australia.
